From childhood I asked such questions, as "Who am I?", "How can I always be mentally content, physically healthy and full of energy?" And I found the answers in Yoga. When I was 19 years old I was inspired to practice yoga, and since then I have been lucky to go to India every year. I have been studying Vedanta and increasing self-knowledge with a guru of Shankara lineage. I have completed a 200-hour YTTC in India and studied with a few experienced teacher trainers from Russia and Ukraine. Yoga, pranayama, and meditation help me very much to be in tune with the Universe. Every time I practice, it's a big pleasure to immerse myself in the depths of my bodily experience and consciousness.
In my classes, I mostly teach Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. I also use ideas and practices from other styles of yoga depending on my students' goals. I teach my students how to assume every posture safely, enjoy it, focus on oneself and deeply experience with love and understanding what happens in their body and mind in postures and between them.
We work a lot with muscles of the back and the spine.A healthy spine is vital for energy, joy of living, youth and health of the whole body. We stretch different muscles of the back to improve blood flow and nutrition of every cell Working with the spine, we develop strong internal muscles of the body and relax the Nervous system.
I am happy to share my experience in yoga with different people and observe how yoga practice transforms them, too.
